Everything you need to know about Eloree Jewellery

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel.

To make changes or cancel your order, kindly inform us at info@eloreejewellery.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit.

During sale periods, cancellations and exchanges are not permitted.

Yes, there is a warranty. However, items that have surpassed the 180-day grace period will not qualify for any compensation, as we consider any damages occurring thereafter to be the responsibility of the customer.

In terms of compensation, we can only provide store credit or resend a replacement product to you.

In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety considerations and to prevent spread of possible infections.

For non-pierced jewellery, with the exception of personalised products, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind. All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit and communicated within 1 week of receiving the parcel.

We exclusively operate online, and our headquarters and warehouse are located in the UK, where all orders will be processed and fulfilled through our global logistics network.

Yes. There may be duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on your shipment depending on your country. These charges will be the customer's responsibility. Tax and customs charges are dependent on your country's laws and regulations.

Eloree Jewellery does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. As we sell direct to customers with no high markups, please be assured that even after taxes, our prices are still competitive or even lower than traditional retailers.

We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends.

For sale periods, festive seasons and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3-5 days in these cases.
